Excellent service from ordering to fitting, we are delighted with the log effect, glass fronted gas fire, very realistic.  We also had a black granite surround which enhances the effect.  The 2 fitters were pleasant, helpful and did a great job.  I would not hesitate to recommend.

What a superb service from start to finish.  From dealing with Josh in the shop to meeting and dealing with most of the fitters was an absolute pleasure.  Nothing was too much trouble at all.  A few hiccups as expected on the way, but easily addressed and sorted out no problem.  All very nice to deal with.  All great tradesmen.  Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving and also ensured that mess was kept to a minimum with prior sheeting and covering.  The finished job is spot on.  New flue, new fire and hearth, and re-plastered over which was like a pane of glass the plastering is that good.  5 stars from us and don’t even question going anywhere else, this should be your first port of call.  Cheers lads!

Excellent installation by Reece and Matt – the fire looks brilliant in my new home and has turned a typical newbuild lounge into a cosy living room with character, colour and warmth. There’s now a beautiful focal point on entering the room whereas before there was just a blank wall – such a transformation – very pleased – well done.

I never give reviews, but on this occasion I have to.  From Darren initially calling, to Chris And Joe fitting my fire 9/10/2023, the service was excellent.  Chris did an amazing job of the plaster surrounding the fire.  They were neat and tidy.  Would definitely use Firecraft, Park Road, Chorley.  Highly recommend.  Can’t take a photograph, as I have not painted the chimney breast as yet, but looks amazing.

Long wait for Vision 500, but worth it (13 Oct 2022-30 March 2023).

Installation very efficient, neat, clean, tidy, and staff easy to get on with.  Had it in use every night for 3-4 weeks now, replacing traditional log-burning open dog-grate.  So much easier to light (just need to adapt lighting method as instructed) and puts out heat within 15 mins.  Uses far less logs.  Very controllable compared to dog-grate.  Big bonus when not in use is that air isn’t going up chimney and causing constant draught in room.  Less ash and whole thing is cleaner.

We were very impressed from the first meeting with Firecraft Fireplaces in Chorley.  We explained what we were thinking and Harrison was so helpful in offering suggestions and helping us create exactly what we wanted.  The installation went smoothly and everyone involved were really professional and took a lot of care to get things right.  We did think we may want to change the logs and someone came out to do so and then we changed our mind again, and he was so understanding and helpful despite our indecision!  Thank you so much for a wonderful fireplace and media wall, we love it!

Just had a stove and entirely new fireplace fitted by Firecraft Fireplaces.  From the moment we entered the shop and met Roy my gut feeling was “this is the place for me“… he wasn’t a salesman… he was a guy who seemed interested in our needs.

Darren visited our home and provided a wonderful insight into what was possible.  His advice was first class.

Our stove and new fireplace was installed by Kevin and his trusty apprentice Tom, their work was excellent, as was the work of Stuart, the electrician and Dan the plasterer.

Excellent service, from placing order to completion of fitting a Clearview wood burning stove.

Firecraft did what two other firms were reluctant to undertake which involved modifying wall structure and opening up fire space.  All done quickly and with minimum disruption.  Price of purchase and fitting was very competitive.  I would recommend Firecraft Fireplaces to anyone without hesitation.

From walking into your showroom we were made to feel very welcome indeed and not in the slightest bit pushed or harangued – a pleasant change indeed.  Advice was given to us whilst in the shop which was all based on our requirements to the point of advising us on a cheaper model than we were looking at as it was better for us.  When you came out to survey the fireplace you were so professional and not pushy at all, all the time listening to our needs and giving sound advice.  On installation day your team arrived on time, protected all our floors and were all so very professional and polite – thank you.  The installation itself was done with such care to not only protect the new fire but the fire surround too.  Then you cleaned up too – that was a real added bonus.  You then talked us through how to use it.

Firecraft have just finished fitting our log burner today and we are absolutely made up.  From start to finish you have been amazing.  Darren was great when he came out to do the initial design, we where looking at getting an 8kw burner which Darren advised against as we didn’t need one this big which saved us a few hundred pound which we very much appreciated, he was thorough, very professional and nothing was too much to ask.  The guys in the shop also helped us to pick out everything we wanted and advised on the best quality and what would look good together, and we certainly aren’t disappointed.  The fitting lads were very prompt, hard working, tidy and professional.  We got a demonstration on how best to use the burner and assured to ring with any queries.  Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend.  Thank you guys!
