Service was excellent, we had a new flue fitted to our fire, they were very clean & tidy. We had the pipe boxed in, the joiner went the extra mile. He put the rail in and cut out the shelf to fit around the boxing in. Would recommend Fire craft & Stuart Crawford the joiner. Very pleased with the whole job.

We purchased an electric fire a few months ago. When we visited the Firecraft Fireplaces Chorley showroom we were given lots of information to help us make the right choice for us and our home. At no point did we feel pushed into making a decision or buying something beyond our budget. It was installed a couple of weeks ago, which again went really smoothly. From visiting the shop to installation the whole experience has been fantastic. Everything was well communicated, ran to schedule, and the staff were so friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our fire and can’t wait for the colder months to put it to full use. Couldn’t rate the service Firecraft Fireplaces provided more highly.

Excellent service from ordering to fitting, we are delighted with the log effect, glass fronted gas fire, very realistic. We also had a black granite surround which enhances the effect. The 2 fitters were pleasant, helpful and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend.
